Spanish Desk at SCHLÜTER GRAF celebrates First Anniversary
Due to the growth of the Spanish and Latin American communities and companies in the region, SCHLÜTER GRAF expanded its services by launching the “Spanish Desk” one year ago. The Spanish Desk is a department coordinated by Spanish-speaking lawyers who offer legal advice in all commercial and corporate matters in the Middle East, providing services to the Spanish and Latin communities in the UAE and the Middle East.
Over the last years SCHLÜTER GRAF has witnessed a considerable increase in demand for legal services in the Middle East to be rendered in Spanish. The firm’s continued growth in the Spanish market is the latest chapter in the success story of SCHLÜTER GRAF in the region.
Now a recognized fixture in the UAE’s Spanish-speaking community, SCHLÜTER GRAF’s Spanish Desk offers comprehensive, effective and specialized legal advice to Spanish-speaking companies and individuals in UAE and Middle East. The dedicated service is managed by Albert Jové (Attorney-at-Law in Barcelona, Spain, and registered at the Dubai Ruler’s Court as a Legal Consultant) and Andrés Ring (Attorney-at-Law in Frankfurt, Germany and also registered as a Legal Consultant in Dubai) both of whom advise clients in Spanish on corporate and commercial law (including, among other areas, commercial agencies and distribution law, intellectual property law, labor law, rent law and drafting and reviewing of all kind of commercial contracts).
SCHLÜTER GRAF is a member of the Spanish Business Council and is also listed and recommended by the Spanish Embassy in UAE. Furthermore, SCHLÜTER GRAF is also listed and recommended by the Commercial Office of Spain in the UAE (ICEX) and is a long-time member of the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK).
