Born in India and raised in the UAE, Thishani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Law with Honours (BBA LLB Hons.) in Indian Law from Amity University Dubai. During and after her studies, she gained extensive practical exposure through internships with companies and law firms in the UAE, contributing to matters involving contracts, corporate transactions, pre-litigation strategy, and international arbitration.
Building on her growing interest in cross-border dispute resolution, she pursued an LLM in International Commercial Law with a focus on international arbitration at the University of Reading, United Kingdom, where she deepened her understanding of English law and international legal principles.
At SCHLÜTER GRAF, Thishani supports the firm in international commercial arbitration cases, particularly concerning construction contract disputes, while also assisting in the review and drafting of international contracts, and corporate structuring documentation. She is dedicated to delivering practical, commercially aligned legal solutions within complex international frameworks.
