UAE: Federal Tax Authority Publishes Basic Tax Information Bulletin for Small Businesses
The UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has issued a basic-tax-information-bulletin for small businesses. The bulletin provides an overview of the Corporate Tax (CT) registration requirements, applicable tax rates, available Small Business Relief, eligibility conditions, election procedure, filing obligations, record-keeping duties and potential penalties for non-compliance. The bulletin is intended to help small businesses understand and comply with their Corporate Tax obligations in the UAE.
