Amina Ouannass
Senior Associate
Amina Ouannass is a Senior Associate in SCHLÜTER GRAF’s Dubai office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as employment law, advising international and regional clients on their business activities in the UAE and the wider GCC region.
Amina Ouannass studied law at the University of Münster and the University of Augsburg, Germany. She completed her First State Examination in 2020 and subsequently completed her legal clerkship and Second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Munich in 2022. She is admitted to the Munich Bar and registered as a Legal Consultant in Dubai.
- Advises international and regional clients on corporate and commercial matters, including commercial agreements, corporate transactions and day-to-day legal matters relating to their business activities in the UAE.
- Advises employers on the full lifecycle of employment relationships, including employment contracts, HR policies, terminations, restructurings and settlement arrangements, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Assists clients with the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and advises on the legal implications of regulatory and legislative developments in the UAE.

Supports international clients in connection with their market entry, expansion and restructuring activities in the UAE and the wider GCC region.
