Omar is an associate in our Cairo office and advises on corporate and commercial matters.
Omar graduated from the Faculty of Law (English Section) at Cairo University, Egypt, and has been registered with the Egyptian Bar Association since 2017. Prior to joining SCHLÜTER GRAF in 2022 Omar worked with established law firms in Cairo. Omar handles different tasks in the corporate / commercial field, including company incorporations, regulatory topics with authorities in Egypt and other commercial and labor matters. Omar is fluent in Arabic and English.
