The 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules: Key Reforms and Practical Implications
The ICC has recently introduced a new version of its Arbitration Rules, replacing its 2021 edition. As one of the most widely used arbitral institution globally, changes to the ICC Rules must be closely monitored.
