Joint Seminar on Corporate Restructuring in DAFZA
SCHLÜTER GRAF’s Senior Lawyer Yulia Kasiyanova will be collaborating with Dubai Airport Free-zone-Authority– on a new seminar about (re)structuring business models in DAFZ, Thursday, 20th June 2019 at 9:00 AM in DAFZA Square (8W), 1st Floor.
Often considered to be a pioneering Free Zone Authority, DAFZA is one of the first to offer transparency on the transfer of legal entities from one free zone to DAFZ and one of the only to issue a Dual License, thereby allowing companies to carry out commercial activities on the Dubai Mainland.
