SCHLÜTER GRAF sponsors the Roundtable UAE at the Anglo-German Club in Hamburg
On 14 February 2018, the Euro-Mediterranean-Arab Association (EMA) and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) hosted the Roundtable UAE at the Anglo-German Club in Hamburg with Schlüter Graf Legal Consultants as sponsors to inform participants about economical and legal conditions for doing business in the UAE and in particular in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
His Excellency Ali Abdulla Mohamed Saeed Al Ahmed, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Berlin, welcomed the participants and gave a short overview of the UAE. Our senior lawyer, Mrs. Anja Christine Adam, presented the legal conditions to do business in the UAE as a foreign investor, including the option to appoint a local commercial agent and the setup of an own entity in the UAE.
Mrs. Nadia Rinawi, Regional Manager Europe of RAKEZ, informed about the Ras Al Khaimah Freezone as well as the Emirate itself. Mr. Thomas Grigoleit, managing partner of Departer Deutschland GmbH, gave an overview on the possibilities to recruit local personnel in the UAE.
