A landmark win for our International Arbitration Team
Our International Arbitration Team jointly led by Anja Christine Adam and Usama Munir supported by Thishani Fernando has successfully obtained an award in excess of USD 4.5 Million in an ICC Arbitration seated in DIFC. Our team successfully secured the relief claimed along with interests and costs for a leading international energy infrastructure company in a dispute emanating from a multi-megawatt energy project in the region.
