Live Event: International Bar Association Arb 40 Symposium — “Raising the Bar: Designing Accountability for the Next Generation of International Arbitration”
We are delighted to announce that our Co-Head of International Arbitration, Mr. Usama Munir, will be speaking at the International Bar Association Arb 40 Symposium — “Raising the Bar: Designing Accountability for the Next Generation of International Arbitration” — taking place during the IBA Annual Conference in Copenhagen on 4 October 2026.
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform the legal and arbitration landscape, questions around responsibility, transparency and accountability are becoming increasingly important. In this event, Mr. Munir will join fellow panelists for an insightful discussion on “AI and Accountability in International Arbitration”.
The panel will explore the opportunities and challenges arising from the growing use of AI in international arbitration and consider what accountability should look like as the next generation of arbitration embraces emerging technologies.
