Saudization of Sales Professions in Saudi Arabia – Key Changes for Employers
The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has adopted the Procedural Guide for the Saudization of Sales Professions pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 101278 dated 19 January 2026. The new rules form part of Saudi Arabia’s broader labor market localization strategy and introduce mandatory Saudization requirements for certain sales-related positions in the private sector.
