Live Event: KSA: New Companies Law – Highlighting Changes and New Opportunities
A mere five years after its last company law reform, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has enacted a new comprehensive Companies Law which will enter into force at the beginning of 2023. The new Companies Law updates the entire corporate sector in line with the Kingdom’s ambitious changes in other areas, positioning it in order to attract further foreign direct investment.
In cooperation with the German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs (GESALO), we will host a live event on KSA: New Companies Law – Highlighting Changes and New Opportunities on Monday, 12 September 2022 at 4:00 PM KSA Time at GESALO Pure, Block B, 1st Floor, Takhassusi Branch Road, 7993 Al Mohammadiyyah 3213, Riyad, The Kingdom of Saudi. In this live event, Mr. Heinrich Köllisch from SCHLÜTER GRAF will present the main reforms and updated procedures as well as highlight future business opportunities under the new legislation.
