Opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa
We are delighted that our Associate Partner, Dr. Amir Makee Mosa, had the opportunity to contribute as a speaker at the event “Opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa”, which took place on 23 June 2026 in Munich in cooperation with the German Near and Middle East Association (NUMOV) and Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB).
The event brought together leading experts from business, finance, diplomacy, and law to discuss the economic opportunities and challenges for German companies in the MENA region. Throughout the day, participants gained valuable insights into regional economies, financing solutions, and the legal framework for doing business in the Middle East.
As part of the panel discussion on “Legal Framework Conditions”, Dr. Amir Makee Mosa was pleased to share practical insights and was available to answer the audience’s questions regarding doing business in Saudi Arabia, including corporate structuring, regulatory requirements, market entry considerations, and current legal developments in the Kingdom.
